The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Donor Experience Specialist contributes to the overall success of WWP and the Warrior Support team by monitoring databases and service levels, providing a consultative approach, and regularly reporting on all areas of Warrior Support and training teammates on database functionalities and enhancements.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Public Relations and Content Coordinator manages the WWP Newsroom, writes and publishes content, and monitors WWP mentions in the news from broadcast, online, and print news outlets and shares with the team, and provides overall support and assistance to the public relations team.

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Program Manager – Warrior Experience Initiative (Organizational Initiative Senior Specialist) leads the WWP’s Warrior Experience Initiative and oversees multiple complex concurrent projects that leverage data and insights with the objective to inform targeted and personalized warrior journeys and experiences that connect warriors with the right programs and services at the right time. The Warrior Experience Initiative will solve for individual warrior needs and improve the warrior’s overall experience and the efficacy of the warrior’s relationship with WWP.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Legal Administrative Assistant & Paralegal provides administrative support to WWP’s legal team and assists staff attorneys with legal research, drafting documents, agreements, business correspondence, and performing other paralegal duties.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Alumni Manager manages the WWP Alumni team and the outreach and engagement events and activities for an assigned local or regional area to connect, serve, and empower wounded service members and their families. The Alumni Manager serves as the designated local WWP community representative to develop relationships and partnerships and inspire support for WWP programs and services.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Impact Evaluation Manager manages and leads the Program Impact Evaluation team in support of organizational priorities related to impact and outcome measurement, i.e., key performance indicators (KPIs) for WWP programs, and with tactical work including gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating complex data.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Talk Program Director leads and directs the WWP Talk Program, a telephonic, short-term emotional support program for veterans, spouses, and caregivers, develops and executes strategy, oversees WWP Talk Program team, ensuring the WWP vision, mission, and culture is integrated among the staff, and ensures Talk Program integration and alignment with WWP strategic objectives.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Digital Media Archive Specialist provides ongoing support of Brandfolder, the digital asset management solution of WWP, by collecting and organizing WWP’s digital assets and making them available and accessible to the organization.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Talk Specialist provides telephonic, short-term, goal-focused, non-clinical emotional support to wounded service members dealing with invisible injuries, and their caregivers and families, to improve their resilience and psychological well-being. The WWP Talk Specialist manages a weekly caseload of 40-50 participants, providing emotional support, goal-setting assistance, education, evaluating needs, and coordinating referrals to WWP programs and community mental health resources.

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Vice President of Communications develops and executes the WWP communication strategy and oversees all aspects of internal and external communications including public relations, media relations, social media, and online communications and media. The VP-Communications manages communications activities to reinforce, promote, enhance, and protect WWP’s brand reputation, and serves as an ambassador for the organization, and builds relationships with the media to advance the WWP’s position with relevant constituents and drive broader awareness, affinity, and donor support for Wounded Warrior Project.
