  • Job Summary

    The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Reporting and Analytics Specialist serves as technical administrator for the WWP Metrics Program, oversees the Qualtrics and Salesforce systems for the Metrics team, and supports the Metrics team as they collect, measure, analyze, and report the impact and outcomes of WWP programs and services.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Serve as Qualtrics systems administrator. Oversee Qualtrics system refreshes and the integration of Qualtrics survey data into the Salesforce system. Create and manage user accounts. Perform backup and recovery tasks. Ensure organization and security settings are up-to-date.
    • Serve as the liaison between the Metrics team and the Salesforce team to ensure metrics-related Salesforce changes are implemented appropriately and timely.
    • Review, test, and approve Salesforce workflow rules developed by IT team to trigger surveys.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
    • Create and maintain written documentation for reports development, dashboard development, testing, and end-user procedures.
    • Support Metrics Specialists and program users with report design and management.
    • Maintain and enhance WWP’s business processes implemented in Salesforce to build dashboards and reports.
    • Provide relevant adoption and technical recommendations on reporting solutions and enhancements customized to WWP business needs.
    • Evaluate requirements and build test cases to support database integrity, satisfy business requirements, and ensure a positive and engaging user experience.
    • Coordinate testing efforts and oversee and execute testing procedures. Ensure proper functional testing and end-to-end testing is implemented.
    • Prioritize projects and assignments to meet organizational deadlines and priorities.
    • Implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a team focused on customer needs.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce platform and products.
    • Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft PowerBI, including generating dashboards and managing user roles and profiles
    • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and query Access databases
    • Demonstrated ability to implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients.
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate with diverse individuals. Demonstrated relationship-building skills to build effective working relationships.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data science, or other relevant field of study. Equivalent combination of education, experience, training, or certification may be considered in lieu of degree.
    • Three years of experience with customer relationship management software.
    • One year of experience building and generating Salesforce reports or dashboards.
    • One year of experience working with online survey platforms.



    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or data science.
    • Three years of experience working with Salesforce.
    • Three years of experience working with Qualtrics.
    • Two years of experience in business analytics, research, finance, or marketing.
    • One year of experience testing technology-enabled business solutions.
    • One year of experience as a member of a multidisciplinary/cross-functional team.

    Certifications & Licensure

    • Qualtrics Research Core Expert Certification preferred.
