  • Job Summary

    Wounded Warrior Project’s (WWP) Welcome Coordinator is responsible for greeting and welcoming all visitors at WWP office and is responsible for a variety of routine clerical tasks.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Greet visitors
    • Accurately track and monitor all incoming visitor traffic to the office (submit detailed visitor logs monthly)
    • Manage heavy incoming call flow, answer and vet phone messages to appropriate staff members in a timely manner
    • Manage, answer, and vet general inquiry e-mails from our website within a specified time frame
    • An overall understanding of WWP and ability to answer questions about WWP programs
    • Coordinate with property and maintenance vendors
    • Responsible for office supply inventory and control
    • Provide assistance/info to the general public
    • Manage and track all WWP staff business card orders
    • Record and organize UPS receipts
    • Email, mail, and communicate WWP information as requested
    • Assist in preparing for meetings/events when applicable
    • General upkeep of meeting/reception/kitchen areas
    • Assist members of the program staff with administrative duties such as mailings, tracking program information, and making appointments as needed
    • Receive, sort, and log mail
    • Maintain and organize the reception area
    • Other related duties as assigned

    • Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment

    • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs

     

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of one (1) years of related experience required
