  • Job Summary

    Wounded Warrior Project’s (WWP) Digital Asset Creator and Librarian will facilitate and support the production and storage of multimedia and graphic design projects and activities as assigned. This position requires visual media production and digital media cataloging capabilities.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with marketing, public awareness, and direct response teams to determine visual marketing support needs and specifications, designing and developing graphic, photo, and video collateral.
    • Facilitate and support video, photo, graphic design projects.
    • Manage video, photo, graphic production deadlines and activities to ensure completion within desired timeframes.
    • Serve as brand ambassador on video, photo, graphic design projects to ensure compliance across the organization with brand guidelines and standards.
    • Review and approve transcripts for WWP video productions, producing videos to be used as promotional and fundraising assets.
    • Design and create digital assets including newsletters, advertisements, postcards, invitations, flyers, signs, publications, graphics, short videos, social media assets, and online digital assets.
    • Contribute designs as well as ideas to all digital asset creation projects.
    • Create PowerPoint presentations as needed.
    • Assist website team with video productions and podcasts.
    • Operate and maintain a wide variety of audio visual equipment including video recording equipment, principles of inventorying, cataloging, and issuing video materials.
    • Shoot, edit, and produce in-house collateral when appropriate.
    • Work with IT and AV teams to identify and recommend a storage solution for all creative assets, and develop a process for maintaining all images, graphics, logos, brochures, and collateral being created and collected by WWP.
    • Write scripting and content, either individually or as a member of a team, for video and audio productions.
    • Ensure all compliance contracts for photos, videos, photographers, videographers, etc. relevant to intellectual property and copyright agreements.
    • Other related duties as assigned.

    • Must be extremely detail oriented, thrive under pressure, and produce high-quality deliverables from management of multiple projects.

    • Excellent project management and time management skills with ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must possess a professional presence and demeanor.
    • Able to troubleshoot, identify viable options and problem-solve.
    • Ability to work independently.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in video and film production, broadcast, communications, marketing, or related field, required.
    • Minimum of (3) three years of experience in video production, graphic design, and marketing required.
    • Must possess advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Publisher, and Mac programs/operating system required.
    • Fluent in visual language, typography, color, shape, texture, imagery, composition, grid, proportion, etc. required.
