  • Job Summary

    The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Metrics Specialist will work closely with other teammates in supporting organizational priorities related to impact and outcome measurement (i.e., key performance indicators [KPIs]) for WWP programs and business units.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the metrics team and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data
    • Assist with aligning KPIs and WWP’s Strategic Plan, as well as providing recommendations for performance measures in alignment with the Strategic Plan
    • Perform data visualizations in Salesforce, Qualtrics, and Excel to communicate programmatic and organizational impact
    • Design, develop and administer surveys to assess the impact and effectiveness of services provided
    • Communicate actionable insights to improve and optimize services and operations
    • Follow best practices in data collection, storage, analysis and governance
    • Prioritize projects and assignments to meet organizational deadlines and priorities
    • Create and analyze data reports to access and manipulate data to detect trends and correlations
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field required; equivalent education, skills, and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree
    • Two (2) years of experience in business analytics, research, finance, or marketing preferred
    • Minimum one (1) year Salesforce (or other CRM) experience preferred
    • Minimum one (1) year online survey platform experience preferred
    • Demonstrated experience and proficiency using Excel for data analysis and reporting
