The Direct Mail Specialist uses data analysis to drive strategy for the Wounded Warrior Project acquisition and donor cultivation programs. In this position, the specialist will especially focus on the execution of acquisition, new to file, and lapsed campaigns, from concept to post-delivery analysis. The specialist will also forecast the fiscal year budget, manage external agencies, and oversee critical performance metrics within direct mail and across direct response channels.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or communications, or another related field required. Eight years of work experience in a related role will be considered in lieu of the bachelor’s degree
Minimum of three (3) experience in any of the following areas: direct response fundraising; list brokerage; data science; analytics or related fields required
